HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- Henrico Police are searching for a 29-year-old man who is wanted in connection with a shooting that killed a 38-year-old Richmond man in January. On Wednesday, Feb. 4, the Henrico County Police Division announced that detectives identified 29-year-old Kemonde Travis Da ily, of Henrico County, as the suspect in a deadly shooting that occurred along Oakland Road on Jan. 8. Police described Daily as being a Black man who stands at about 6 feet and 2 inches tall, with brown eyes and black hair. Officials said Daily is considered armed and dangerous. (Photo: Henrico County Police Division) This comes after Henrico Police officers responded to the 1400 block of Oakland Road at around 4:50 a.m. on Jan. 8 for a reported suspicious situation. When officers arrived, they found 38-year-old Darryl Timothy Hines lying in the road with apparent gunshot wounds. Police said he was taken to a local hospital, where he later died.
