Portions of Fresno City College still closed after crash

A portion of the Fresno City College campus will remain closed on Tuesday due to a crash Sunday evening that caused severe damage to the main college water lines, while the HBCU event scheduled for Tuesday is being relocated to the outdoor plaza area next to the New Science Building.
