Executive Chef Mark Scheck has created an elevated menu showcasing delectable flavors and artful presentation to celebrate your love this Valentine’s Day weekend.   The menu features:   First Course: Amuse-Bouche Oyster on the Half Shell Citrus Serrano Mignonette   Second Course: Choice of One Lobster Bisque with Shaved Black Truffles, Chantilly Cream and Chives -or- Wagu Beef Carpaccio with Roasted Heirloom Baby Beets, Frisse, Goat Cheese Quenelle,  Radicchio, Fried Caper Berry and Citrus Honey Vinaigrette   Third Course: Choice of One Seared Chilean Seabass with Celery Root Fondant, Parsnip Purée, Charred Broccolini and  Champagne Beurre Blanc -or- Cold Smoked Beef Tenderloin, Lobster Risotto, Cauliflower Purée with Essence of Truffle and Asparagus with Black Truffle Madiera   Fourth Course: Dessert Chocolate Lava Cake with Meringue, Fresh Berries, Pistachio Dust and Mint This special Valentine’s Weekend Dinner features two seatings on Friday, Feb. 13 at 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. and two seatings on Saturday, Feb. 14 at 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Tickets to the dinner are $125 per person, plus taxes and gratuity.
