"Abolish ICE," "Caleb Chilliams" and "Mueve La Nieve" are among the finalists for Chicago's fourth annual “You Name a Snowplow” contest.The Chicago Department of Streets and Sanitation released the list of 25 finalists Sunday, which were pulled from more than 13,300 entries. Chicagoans can vote for up to six names, one for each of the city’s snow districts.
