A report was issued from the National Weather Service on Sunday at 7:24 a.m. for winds until 10 a.m. for Northern Warren as well as Hamilton, Fulton and Saratoga counties.“Temperatures are ranging from 5 below to 20 below zero across the southern Adirondacks early this morning. Winds are mostly ca lm, however where there is a 5 to 10 mph breeze, wind chills will occasionally drop to 20 below to 30 below zero in some spots this morning.
