Letter: DOT must enforce law by the letter

Telling the public that it’s essentially OK to violate posted speed limits, but only by an undisclosed amount, sends the wrong signal (“State slows speed camera expansion,” Star-Advertiser, Jan. 25). We are a nation of laws, and laws that are not enforced should be replaced.
