Letter: Use states’ rights to crack down on guns

Citizens who stand against gun ownership outside of law enforcement seem to have lost the battle against the Second Amendment, although there don’t seem to be many “militias” in the 50 states (“Under fire,” Star-Advertiser, Jan. 21).
