The National Weather Service cold weather advisory is in effect until 10 a.m. Sunday. Very cold wind chills are to be expected in east central and southeast Pennsylvania and central, northern, and northwest New Jersey, even as low as 15 below zero the NWS forecast on Friday stated. A coastal storm s ystem may drop some light snow, up to 1 inch, in the early hours Sunday along the New Jersey coast.
