The National Weather Service released an extreme cold warning at 12:15 p.m. on Thursday valid from 7 p.m. until Friday 10 a.m. for Oneida County.“Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 degrees below expected,” states the weather service. “Temperatures will only warm to single digits above z ero for highs on Friday. Overnight lows the next several nights will be below zero through Sunday morning.
