On Wednesday at 12:33 p.m. the National Weather Service issued an updated cold weather advisory valid for Thursday between 1 a.m. and 10 a.m. for Richmond (Staten Is.), Kings (Brooklyn), Northern Queens, Northern Nassau, Southern Queens and Southern Nassau as well as New York (Manhattan) and Bronx c ounties.The weather service says, “Very cold wind chills as low as 10 degrees below expected.” ...read more read less
