On Wednesday at 12:22 p.m. a cold weather advisory was released by the National Weather Service valid from 10 p.m. until Thursday 11 a.m. for Western Greene and Western Ulster.The weather service states, “Very cold wind chills as low as 20 degrees below expected.”
