Federal prosecutors in Chicago have accused 32 known defendants of nonimmigration crimes tied to Operation Midway Blitz. Many were accused of assaulting or resisting federal agents or officers.But at least three defendants were cleared after a grand jury refused to indict, and a fourth was cleared w
