One of two attempted robbers was shot by a concealed carry holder early Tuesday in Belmont Cragin on the Northwest Side. Both alleged robbers were arrested but charges have not been announcecd by pollice.The concealed carry holder, a 39-year-old man, was leaving his vehicle around 2:40 a.m. in the 5 200 block of West Montana Street when two men approached and one of them pulled a gun and demanded his belongings, Chicago police said. The 39-year-old man drew his weapon and fired, striking a 23-year-old suspect in the legs, police said.
