HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A toddler is dead after he was pulled from a Henrico County pond on an extremely cold Monday afternoon. At about 1:40 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 26, officers with the Henrico County Police Division were called to the 12300 block of Shore View Drive for report of a medical em ergency involving a toddler boy who had been rescued from a nearby pond. When they arrived, officers found the toddler unconscious. He was receiving CPR from first responders with the Henrico County Division of Fire.
