RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- After the weekend winter storm had passed through Central Virginia, Virginia State Police reported 475 crashes across the Commonwealth, including another deadly incident. As of 11 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 26, Virginia State Police troopers have responded to 465 crashes across th e Commonwealth, including 36 crashes with injuries and two deadly incidents — one in Fairfax County and another in Pittsylvania County. Virginia State Police continues to urge drivers to stay off the roads on Monday, with the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) advising drivers to avoid roads until mid-morning Monday.
