INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Flight delays and cancellations continue to stack up Monday at Indianapolis International Airport as much of the U.S. digs out from a major winter storm. The storm dumped more than 11 inches of snow in Indianapolis, with higher snow totals to the south of the metro are a. At 12 p.m. Monday, there were 36 flight delays and 75 flight cancellations within, into, or out of Indianapolis, according to FlightAware. Nationwide, there were more than 4,300 canceled flights and 3,200 delays by 12 p.m., FlightAware data showed. The hardest-hit airports included Boston Logan, New York’s John F. Kennedy and LaGuardia international airports, Newark Liberty, Dallas Fort Worth, Regan National, and Charlotte/Douglas International. Travelers planning to fly through Indianapolis on Monday should check with the airline or visit the airport’s website for the latest flight information.
