(WOLO) – Orangeburg Sheriff Leroy Ravenell says deputies need your help to find a missing elderly woman. Sheriff Ravenell said Neather Kelly, 94, of Rail Street in Bowman, was last seen late Sunday night. According to investigators, Kelly’s vehicle was found abandoned in a ditch on the 700 block of Magnolia Street in Bowman. Deputies say they believe the vehicle went into the ditch between 10:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. Sunday. She is described as a black female standing about 5 foot 3 inches tall and weighing around 130 pounds.
