CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- Chesterfield has opened a call center to answer non-emergency questions related to the winter storm due to an increase in calls received. On Sunday, Jan. 25, Chesterfield County announced that, due to an increase in calls, they have opened a call center in order a nswer non-emergency questions about the winter weather. The number for the call center is (804) 751-2361 and is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. from Monday through Friday during the winter storm.
