Coastal flood statement issued for Southern Nassau for Monday

At 1:44 p.m. on Saturday, the National Weather Service issued a coastal flood statement valid for Monday between midnight and 4 a.m. for Southern Nassau.The weather service adds, “Less than one foot of inundation above ground level expected in vulnerable areas near the waterfront and shoreline.”
