The National Weather Service issued a winter storm warning at 12:57 p.m. on Friday valid from Sunday 1 a.m. until Monday 7 p.m. for Chautauqua and Cattaraugus counties.The weather service adds to prepare for, “Total snow accumulations 12 to 18 inches.”
