LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — Two people from the Lexington area are among five suspects now charged in connection with the shooting of an Indiana judge and his wife at their home in Lafayette, Indiana, according to ABC Affiliate WLS-TV in Chicago. Police say the five suspects face multiple f elony charges, including attempted murder and obstruction of justice. According to authorities, the Lexington-area residents charged in the case are: 38-year-old Raylen Ferguson from Winchester 61-year-old Zedana Greer from Lexington The remaining suspects are from Lafayette, Indiana: 43-year-old Thomas Moss 32-year-old Blake Smith (picture not available) 45-year-old Amanda Mislap WLS reports the shooting happened Sunday inside the Lafayette home of Steven Meyer, a Tippecanoe County judge, and his wife. Police say both were injured during the attack. Investigators have not released details about a possible motive, and Lafayette police say the investigation is ongoing. According to WLS, the judge and his wife are both recovering and are said to be improving.
