FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - Almost 20 people were arrested after a multi-agency operation in Fresno Wednesday. The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation Community Compliance Unit with Fresno parole agents, had a multi-agency compliance operation.
