On Thursday at 12:33 p.m. an extreme cold warning was issued by the National Weather Service valid from Friday 7 p.m. until Saturday 10 a.m. for Oneida County.The weather service adds, “Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 degrees below expected.”
