The former owner of an Upstate New York theater has been sentenced for Covid relief fraud, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.John L. Hutchins, 72, of Lewiston, N.Y., and Roberto Soliman, 45, of Niagara Falls, N.Y., were convicted of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and bank fraud.
