The initiative seeks to align state agencies, local partners, regulators, utilities, and private industry around a coordinated approach to energy development and investment. “Energy has always shaped Louisiana’s economy, and under President Trump’s leadership, it is once again driving America’s future,” Landry said. “With record investment and the creation of high-wage jobs, energy is at the center of Louisiana’s economic momentum.” The strategy identifies eight priorities designed to accelerate investment, promote innovation, and strengthen communities: expanding Louisiana’s industrial base, attracting global investments, developing infrastructure, delivering strategic energy solutions, aligning state services with business needs, bolstering community confidence, fostering energy innovation, and establishing the state as a national industrial leader.
