On Wednesday at 11:35 p.m. an extreme cold watch was released by the National Weather Service valid from Friday 7 p.m. until Saturday 1 p.m. for Oneida County.The weather service comments, “Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 degrees below possible.”
