(CNN)– Big changes are happening at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as it enters its busiest season. IRS Chief Executive Frank Bisignano is reorganizing the senior leadership structure with 16 executives reporting directly to him. Bisignano also says the IRS must more aggressively lean into technology which could lead to a reduction in staffing.
