(BCN) -- Tuesday calls for cloudy skies and fog in multiple parts of the Bay Area, according to the National Weather Service. Daytime highs will be mostly in the mid to high 60s on the coast, mid 50s to mid 60s around the bay, and mid 50s to high 60s inland. Overnight lows will be mostly in the mid 40s. Fog will return to parts of the region early Tuesday morning, followed by another dry and mild afternoon, forecasters say. The NWS expects patchy fog in the North Bay valleys, with dense tule fog at times spreading into interior East Bay valleys and the Delta. Drivers are urged to slow down and watch for sudden drops in visibility. High pressure offshore will keep temps above normal, though a slight cool-down is expected as high clouds move in. Dry weather is expected to continue through the week, with cooler and cloudier conditions possible later, forecasters say. Copyright © 2026 Bay City News, Inc. ...read more read less
