A man died after being shot in the stomach in South Lawndale early Monday evening, police say.Police say they found the man about 5:35 p.m. in the 2300 block of South Sacramento Avenue. He was unresponsive near a sidewalk.The man was taken to Mt. Sinai Hospital in critical condition and later died.
