At 7:04 p.m. on Monday, the National Weather Service issued an updated winter weather advisory in effect until Tuesday at 10 p.m. for Monroe, Livingston and Ontario counties.The weather service states to expect, "Additional snow accumulations 3 to 6 inches in the most persistent lake snows.
