An overturned big rig blocked nearly all northbound lanes of Highway 101 at Marsh Road between Redwood City and Menlo Park Sunday afternoon, the California Highway Patrol said. At about 11:10 a.m., CHP reported the truck blocked lanes two through four, leaving only one lane open. About an hour la ter, CHP said the second lane was back open, while the third and fourth lanes were still closed. Officials asked drivers to use El Camino Real or Highway 84 to Haven Road to E.
