A man with a fatal gunshot wound to his head was dropped off early Sunday at Holy Cross Hospital, Chicago police said.A black SUV transported the man to the Chicago Lawn hospital just after 4 a.m. He had a single gunshot wound to the back of his head and was pronounced dead at the hospital, accordin g to police.His name and age have not been reported and the original shooting location is unknown, police said.
