On Friday at 12:52 p.m. the National Weather Service released a winter storm watch valid from Sunday 7 p.m. until Wednesday 4 p.m. for Oswego, Jefferson and Lewis counties.The weather service states, “Heavy lake effect snow possible. Potential for 7 inches or more snow accumulation in the most per sistent lake snows.
