SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) -- There's been multiple reports that northbound Interstate 29 is backed up on Friday morning. A caller told KELOLAND News they've been backed up for over an hour because of a crash. This picture was sent to our newsroom of the delay. This is a developing story.
