A person was arrested after allegedly sexually battering a teen on her way to school in San Jose Wednesday morning, the police department said. According to police, a 15-year-old girl told officers she was walking to school when a person approached her and pulled her into his vehicle, where he pr oceeded to sexually batter her. Authorities said the girl went to her high school and reported the incident. Shortly after, officials said they located and identified a possible suspect associated with the suspect vehicle.
