A straphanger who was struck by a No. 6 train in Midtown after falling between two subway cars has died of her injuries, police sources said Sunday. The commuter, an unidentified woman, fell onto the tracks while moving between cars on an uptown train just after 5:30 p.m. Saturday at the Grand Centr al-42nd St. subway station, sources said.
