A man was killed and a boy was seriously injured in a stabbing incident in St. Anthony early Saturday. Police were called at about 5 a.m. to a reported stabbing in the Equinox Apartments building at 2812 Silver Lane. A man was found dead and a boy was taken to a hospital with serious injuries, accor ding to the St. Anthony Police Department. The suspect fled the area prior to police arrival. He was later arrested in the Duluth area, police said. The incident remains under investigation.
