An investigation is underway after a man and a woman were found unresponsive in Philadelphia’s Kensington neighborhood on Friday evening, according to the police department. The two people were found along the 600 block of East Allegheny Avenue around 6:20 p.m. on Jan. 9, police said. Medi cs pronounced the man and the woman dead at the scene just after 7 p.m., officials said.
