Yard signs celebrating upcoming or recent graduates have become common. Ever seen one for a graduate who earned a diploma 80 years ago? One has popped up in Riverside. Yard signs, seen Dec. 5, 2025, in Riverside, honor two different generations of graduates from Riverside’s Poly High School: one e xpected in 2026 and another from 1946. Her late husband Don and the couple’s four children all graduated from Poly High, wrote Stoa, who lives in Colorado. Anyone strolling down their street can now see two signs: “Proud family of a 2026 Poly High graduate” and “Proud family of a 1946 Poly High graduate.” Jameson’s sign even has an old black-and-white photo of her in the center. ...read more read less
