Mentor Public Library is celebrating Hot Chocolate Day with a sweet program for kids in first through sixth grades at 2 p.m. Jan. 31 at its Main Branch, 8215 Mentor Ave. The children can make their own hot cocoa mix and complete their beverage with some fun toppings, according to a news release.
