On Thursday at 12:27 p.m. the National Weather Service issued a lake effect snow warning valid from Friday 7 a.m. until Saturday 7 a.m. for Onondaga County.“Heavy lake effect snow expected. The highest snowfall accumulations near and over 7 inches will be across far northern parts of the county su ch as Brewerton, Cicero and Lysander.
