LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — Tolly Ho, a longtime Lexington restaurant known for its signature burgers, will permanently close at the end of the year. Employees confirmed to ABC36 that the restaurant’s final day of operation will be Wednesday, Dec. 31. According to the restaurant’s w ebsite, Tolly Ho first opened on Winslow Street in 1971. The restaurant remained at that location for decades before relocating to South Broadway in 2011. Tolly Ho moved to its current location at the intersection of South Broadway and Foreman Avenue in the summer of 2024. Staff members did not provide a reason for the closure. After more than 50 years serving the Lexington community, the restaurant has become a longtime favorite for many customers.
