An 18-year-old Jefferson Park neighborhood man was fatally shot earlier this month in West Garfield Park. Aden Ramirez, 18, was shot in the chest around 7:40 p.m. Dec. 21 in the 3800 block of West West End Avenue, Chicago police and the Cook County medical examiner's office said.
