At 2:36 p.m. on Sunday, the National Weather Service issued an updated winter storm warning valid from Monday 7 p.m. until Wednesday 7 a.m. for Oneida and Madison counties.The weather service adds, “Heavy lake effect snow and blowing snow expected.
