The National Weather Service issued an updated wind advisory at 1:12 p.m. on Sunday valid for Monday between 4 a.m. and 1 p.m. for Cattaraugus County."Southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected," states the weather service.
