At 12:50 a.m. on Sunday, the National Weather Service issued a wind advisory valid for Monday between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. for Northern St. Lawrence and Southwestern St. Lawrence.“Southwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected,” describes the weather service. “Strongest gusts wil l be during the daytime hours.
