On Friday at 12:10 p.m. the National Weather Service released a winter weather advisory valid from 4 p.m. until Saturday 6 a.m. for Southeastern St. Lawrence and Southwestern St. Lawrence.“Total snow accumulations between 3 and 5 inches, mainly south of an Ogdensburg to Canton to Tupper Lake line, ” can be expected according to the weather service. “Snow will be heavy at times this evening, especially between 7 pm and 11 pm.
