Police are investigating a shooting on Copley Road in Upper Darby where a woman was killed while getting her children in a custody swap. The woman came to the home to pick up her three children. Police say while they were in the back seat, there was some sort of argument, and the man pulled out a gun and shot the 34-year-old mother near her vehicle. Then, according to police, the man, 45, shot himself, with the children in the back seat. He survived and is at the hospital. The woman died. Police say the children were taken somewhere safe.
