A few weeks ago, I wrote about Grace Guslander, the general manager at the Coco Palms resort. She turned a simple lodge into a compelling, world-famous resort. I gave the “matriarch of Kauai tourism” the Ho‘okipa Excellence Award. Here are seven more that are deserving of praise.
