National Cleveland-Style Polka Hall of Fame will present the annual Sweetheart Ball, featuring the music of Frank Moravcik and his orchestra on Feb. 15 at the Willoughby Eagles Hall. The event will feature polkas, waltzes and pop tunes in a ballroom setting from 2 to 6 p.m. Sandwiches, beverages and treats will be available, and Hall of Fame hostess Sharon Staiduhar will have surprises in store for lucky couples, according to a news release.
